Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FetchFi LLC websites, including www.fetchfi.com, and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall FetchFi's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action arising from or related to the Services exceed the amount you have paid to FetchFi in the last six (6) months or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You may also terminate your use of the Services at any time by ceasing to access or use the Services. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FetchFi concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and FetchFi with respect to the Services. FetchFi's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without FetchFi's prior written consent.
